Businesses that work with advisers but are not a licensee or a licensee’s representative, such as compliance consultancies, accountants and industry bodies. Australian law restricts payments to licensees and their representatives, so licensees join the Licensee Network instead, and we never pay individual advisers.
The subscription fees BackPro receives from each firm you introduce, for its first 12 months. Usage fees are never included. If a firm leaves within 90 days, no share is paid for it.
Yes. You tell each firm in writing that you are paid and roughly how much, and they acknowledge it before they subscribe. It does not change the price they pay.
In the Partner Program Agreement, linked on this page. It covers payment, disputes and how either of us can end it. Firms always buy directly from BackPro; we do not offer resale or white-label.
