No. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we choose AI model providers whose terms do not allow them to train on your content.
We keep it for 30 days so you can export it or return. After that we may delete it, though backups and audit records can be kept longer where the law or our security practices require.
No one honestly can. We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational security, and if we become aware of a breach affecting it we tell you without undue delay.
You are, as the adviser: having the right to put your clients’ information into BackPro, including the consents and notices the Privacy Act requires.
