A new firm starts on a free trial of 7 days or 5 SoAs, 3 formatter runs, 2 RoAs and 1 fact find, whichever comes first. We take your card details when you choose a plan. When the trial ends your plan starts billing unless you cancel first, and a trial cancelled in Settings ends at once with nothing charged.
No. Each plan is charged per firm per month. The price stays the same however many users your firm adds or removes.
No. Plans are billed monthly in advance, prices exclude GST, and GST is added on the invoice. You give us your ABN at checkout and it is printed on your tax invoices.
Digital drafts your SoAs and Records of Advice from the fact find. Practice also checks every SoA BackPro drafts for compliance before you sign, and adds modelling, product comparisons and the compliance suite.
Every plan checks an SoA you upload: you get it back formatted to your template with the compliance issues marked. BackPro Practice also checks the SoAs BackPro drafts for you, section by section, before you sign.
Yes. A change of plan takes effect at once, and the difference is adjusted on your next invoice.
In Settings, at any time. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Fees already paid are not refunded, and you can undo a cancellation before the period ends.
